If you have lost or failed to produce a ticket at check-in, a new ticket must be purchased to get to your destination.
You will need to complete and sign a Lost Ticket/Form of Indemnity to commence the refund process. In order to process the refund we require the following information:
the ticket number
place and date of issue
fare breakdown (i.e., base fare plus taxes)
itinerary
form of payment (cash, credit card, cheque)
We anticipate the refund on tickets purchased will be processed 90 days later. The cost of processing a refund is ?50 our equivalent in local currency:
In extreme circumstances, the reservations manager may use his/her discretion to replace the ticket when supported by a police report confirming that the ticket was indeed lost or stolen. The charge of ?50 will be levied at this time.
Your claim should be submitted to your point of purchase.
